1. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

When you create an account and use the app, you may provide:

• Name and nickname
• Phone number
• City
• Email address and password (for account login)

B) Information collected automatically (technical)

To operate and secure the service, we may collect:

• Account identifiers (e.g., Firebase user ID)
• Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, language)
• Log and diagnostics data (e.g., IP address, timestamps, error/crash reports)
• Push notification identifiers (e.g., FCM token) if notifications are enabled

C) Payments and wallet top-ups

The app supports wallet top-ups via Stripe and tournament fee charges from your wallet.

• We do not store your full card details. Payment card data is handled by Stripe.
• We receive payment confirmation and may store transaction references (e.g., amount, currency, status, Stripe transaction IDs) for accounting, fraud prevention, and support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Identify you in tournaments, matches, and brackets
• Organize matches (schedule, opponents, participation)
• Enable player-to-player coordination
• Process payments and maintain wallet balances
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security, prevent abuse/fraud, and fix bugs (including diagnostics)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising.

3. Phone Number Visibility and Player Contact

Your phone number may be shown in-app to your match opponents so they can contact you to arrange match details (for example by phone call, SMS, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp outside the app). The app itself does not provide in-app chat or calling.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We share information only as needed to run the app:

• Firebase (Google): hosting, authentication, database, and related infrastructure.
• Stripe: payment processing for wallet top-ups.

We may also disclose information if required to:

• Comply with law, regulation, or legal requests
• Protect rights, safety, and security of users, the public, and our service
• Prevent fraud or abuse

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Storage

Your data is stored using Firebase infrastructure. Data may be processed and stored in countries where our service providers operate.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to:

• Provide the service (tournaments/matches/wallet),
• Comply with legal obligations (for example, payment/transaction records),
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data:

• In-app: Edit Profile → Delete Account (if available), or
• By email: funpointsports@gmail.com

When you delete your account, we delete your profile information and other personal data associated with your account, except where we must keep or securely archive certain records for legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, payment transaction references).

Payments and transaction records

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We may store payment confirmations and transaction references (for example amount, currency, status, and transaction IDs) for support, fraud prevention, and accounting. Transaction records may be retained or securely archived for longer periods where required by law or legitimate business needs.

6. Age Requirement

Tennis Set&Play is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at funpointsports@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA & UK Users)

If you are in the EEA/UK (and in other regions with similar laws), you may have rights to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request data portability (where applicable)

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
